Drella, 29, Sobieski, was charged Sept. 14 with failure to comply with an officer trying to take him into custody and misdemeanor counts of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct. Conley set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Anthony S. Lonzo, 47, Oconto, was charged Sept. 18 with two counts of felony bail jumping, as well as battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Conley set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a waiver of preliminary hearing for Sept. 24.
• Danielle J. Kasee, 46, Denmark, was charged Sept. 18 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Conley set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 15.
