• Blanca Marie Marshall, 19, De Pere, pleaded no contest April 15 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of THC. A related felony bail jumping charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley imposed but stayed a jail sentence and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.

• Craig L. Miller, 70, a Racine man serving a sentence at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) at a Feb. 10 jury trial. Conley sentenced him April 17 to two years and 103 days in prison, concurrent with his current sentenced, followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Nathaniel Garrett Dickie, 26, Shawano, was charged April 16 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer.

• Gary E. Borkovec, 49, Oconto, was charged April 16 with manufacturing and delivering heroin and delivering illegal articles to an inmate. Conley set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance to May 28.

• Andrew E. Golla, 34, Oconto, was charged April 16 with disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Conley set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance to May 28.

• Sean Michael Schulz, 34, Suring, was charged April 17 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Conley set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until May 28.
