• Kaz R. Howard, 23, Aniwa, pleaded no contest Aug. 19 to first-degree sexual assault of a child under age 13. Judge Michael Judge sentenced him Oct. 17 to 12 years in prison followed by eight years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Nicole M. Harris, 42, Oshkosh, pleaded no contest Oct. 15 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and felony bail jumping. Judge levied fines and fees and sentenced her to 157 days in county jail, time deemed served.
• Scott Robert Martin, 53, Abrams, pleaded no contest Oct. 13 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge withheld sentencing, levied fines and fees, and placed him on three years of probation with conditions including nine months in county jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges.
• Rhonda R. Shampo, 62, Oconto, pleaded no contest Oct. 17 to a forfeiture charge of disorderly conduct. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge levied a fine and court costs totalling $481.50.
• Henry Bernard Gryer, 54, Menominee, Michigan, pleaded no contest Oct. 17 to misdemeanor possession of THC. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley levied fines and court costs totalling $914.
• Carter Andrew Nelson, 25, Townsend, was charged Oct. 13 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge levied a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 2.
• Blanca Marie Marshall, 19, De Pere, was charged Oct. 16 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of THC. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Nov. 2.
• Shawn C. Saeger Jr., 37, Oconto, was charged Oct. 17 with two counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of sending a computer message threatening injury or harm. Conley set a $750 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 23.
• Taythin T. Inrasavongsa, 23, Green Bay, was charged Oct. 17 with felony bail jumping. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 6.
