• Kirstie E. Rost, 34, Green Bay, pleaded no contest March 17 to felony bail jumping. Judge Jay Conley withheld sentencing June 17 and placed her on 18 months of probation with conditions including 30 days in county jail with good time privileges.
• Brett W. Walker, 41, Gillett, pleaded no contest April 8 to possession of narcotic drugs. Conley imposed and stayed a prison sentence June 16 and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Venus Marie Nelson, 40, Menominee Falls, pleaded no contest June 16 to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. A related felony count was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Conley levied fines and court costs and sentenced her to eight days time served in the county jail.
• Cody A. Dufrane, 34, Pewaukee, pleaded no contest June 18 to a misdemeanor charge of hit and run. A related felony count was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Michael Judge sentenced him to 59 days in jail time served, ordered restitution of $1,555 and levied costs of $463.
• Destiny Rae Rockman, 36, a Neopit woman serving time in the Shawano County Jail, had her probation revoked April 8 related to a 2022 conviction for possession of methamphetamine. On a joint recommendation of prosecution and defense attorneys, Judge sentenced her June 18 to 303 days in jail time served.
• Wildon Jerome Dillard, 29, Chicago, pleaded no contest May 5 to driving or operating a motor vehicle without consent. Conley sentenced him June 18 to 750 days in jail time served. Dillard was returned to court June 20 on an extradition request from the state of Michigan. Conley set a $2,500 cash bond and ordered a 30-day commitment.
• Fritz George Roberts, 33, Oconto, pleaded no contest June 19 to misdemeanor charges of child neglect and disorderly conduct. A related felony count was amended in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Kitana L. Jones, 30, Milwaukee, was charged June 16 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of THC. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until June 26.
• Barry Donald Ruhl, 63, Merrill, was charged June 18 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Conley set a $250 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 26.
• Melina Kathryn Isabel Herr, 24, Gillett, was charged June 20 with felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor charge of possession of THC. Conley set a $750 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until July 17.
• Kayla P. Delmarcelle, 37, Suring, was charged June 20 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until July 17.
