An arraignment was held for Rory A. Schubert, 46, Sobieski. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of possession of a firearm by a felon and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Nov. 25 in Oconto County. An initial appearance was also held on felony charges of misappropriate ID information to avoid penalty and a charge of forgery, written or object, which allegedly occurred Nov. 19 in Oconto County. A $1,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing and status conference are scheduled Feb. 10.
A bail bond hearing was held for Robert D. Hayward, 36, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of child abuse-recklessly causing harm and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Dec. 9 in Oconto Falls. A $2,500 cash bond was amended to $500 cash. An arraignment is Feb. 11.
A preliminary hearing was held for Joshua L. Young, 33, Oconto, on felony charges of burglary to a building or a dwelling, possession of burglarious tools and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Dec. 19 in Oconto. A $5,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment and bond hearing are scheduled Feb. 1.
A preliminary hearing/continued initial appearance was held for Delbert I, Welch, 52, Suring, on a felony charge of first-degree child sexual assault (intercourse with a child under 12 ) and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred January through October 2015 in Mountain. A $150,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Feb 11.
An initial appearance/motion hearing was held for Russell H. Krause, 41, Oconto, on felony charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, stalking and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Dec. 3, 2015, in Oconto. The court set a $650 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is Feb. 23.

A waiver preliminary hearing/arraignment was held for Kathleen D. Wolfe, 58, Little Suamico. She pleaded not guilty to felony charges of possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine, party to a crime, possession of narcotic drugs (three counts), maintaining a drug trafficking place and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Dec. 1 in Little Suamico. The court set a $25,000 cash bond. A pretrial conference is March 18.

An initial appearance was held for Kenneth J. Schubert, 51, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of OWI, fifth or sixth offense, which allegedly occurred Jan. 14 in Abrams. The court set a $5,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Feb. 11.
A preliminary hearing was held for Rodney G. Enneper, 45, Oconto, on 14 felony charges of possession of child pornography, which allegedly occurred from 2005-2014 in Oconto. A $250,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Feb. 17.
