• Katlyn C. Fish, 22, Oconto, pleaded no contest to child neglect and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred Feb. 25, 2024. Judge Michael Judge accepted a deferred judgment agreement on the felony charge; for the misdemeanor charges, he withheld sentencing and placed her on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• Andrew E. Mahers, 37, a Pound man serving a sentence at Stanley Correctional Institution, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 30, 2024. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 28 and agreed to refer to a pre-sentence investigation from a previous case in another county.

• Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Rachel Nicole Miller, 35, Green Bay, after she was charged with possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 2. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until March 13.

• Judge Jay Conley imposed and stayed a six-month jail sentence, then placed Stephanie S. Farvour, 39, Gillett, on 18 months’ probation with conditions for possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, in connection with an incident that occurred May 16, 2022.

• Jacob Ronald Umland, 30, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and chronic neglect of a child, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 1. Conley scheduled arraignment for March 13.
