Lyle W. Hennricks, 47, West Allis, waived his preliminary hearing on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, fourth offense in five years, on May 2 in Little Suamico. The court reduced the cash bond to $3,000. An arraignment is June 5.
A preliminary hearing was held for River Pendleton, 18, Gillett, on charges of aggravated battery on April 29 in the town of Gillett. A cash bond of $2,500 continues.
A preliminary hearing was held for Jeremiah J. Jagodzinski, 35, Cecil, on charges of operating while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense, on May 3 in Oconto. The court set a $7,500 cash bond. An arraignment is June 5.
Tresa M. Gilbert, 44, Oconto Falls, was arraigned on charges of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor theft of movable property on April 22 in Oconto Falls. A $5,000 bond was set.
Janet L. Shafman, 29, Oconto, waived her preliminary hearing on charges of child abuse-intentionally cause harm on March 15 in Oconto. A $7,500 signature bond continues. An arraignment is June 5.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Leslie R. Boyd, 51, Cecil, on a sex offender registry violation Dec. 13, 2012, in Underhill. A $2,500 cash bond continues.
Proceedings from May 12
Austin R.L. Johnson, 18, Freedom, was sentenced to six months in jail, imposed and stayed, and one year probation on misdemeanor and felony charges of identity theft and false representation occurring June 22 in Spruce. He must pay $150 in fines, plus costs equaling $452, obtain his high school diploma or equivalent and pay $906.
Travis R. Pecha, 27, Oconto, waived his preliminary hearing on felony charges of strangulation and suffocation, domestic abuse, and two misdemeanor charges on April 12 in the town of Pensaukee. A $5,000 bond continues. An arraignment is May 28.
A motion and sentencing hearing was held to reopen charges against Joel M. Tilkens, 30, Oconto. His deferred prosecution agreement was not fulfilled on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges from 2012 and 2013 in Oconto. The court ordered a presentence investigation.
A plea and sentencing hearing was held for Denis V. Bochkarev, 19, Little Suamico. He entered a no contest plea to theft-movable property, party to a crime, on Jan. 25, 2013, in Chase. The court ordered three years probation with conditions that he pay restitution and surcharges of $3,454.20. If he successfully completes this sentence and stays crime free for three years, the court will grant an expungement.

Anthony S. Lonzo, 35, Pound, pleaded not guilty to attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer, repeater, April 3 in Oconto Falls and a misdemeanor charge of operating without a valid license. A $10,000 cash bond was set. A pretrial conference is May 30.
An initial appearance was held for Kyle K. Sydor, 25, Oconto, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, and reckless driving causing bodily harm May 8 in the city of Oconto. The court set a $15,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is June 5.
An initial appearance was held for Morning Star J. Skenandore, 32, Milwaukee, on repeater charges of possession of cocaine, possession of THC and possession of narcotic drugs, and two misdemeanor charges on May 8 in the town of Gillett. The court set a $10,000 cash bond . A continued initial appearance is June 5.
