A status conference, plea and sentencing hearing was held for Cody J. Meyer, 26, Oconto Falls. He pleaded no contest to felony charges of possession of THC, second subsequent offense, and a misdemeanor charge, which occurred Feb. 16 in Oconto Falls. He was sentenced to three years probation concurrent to Forest County. Court costs and fees totaling $518 are to be paid during probation. He is to maintain absolute sobriety and complete assessments and follow up. The misdemeanor charge was dismissed.
Morning Star J. Skenandore, 32, Milwaukee, pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor charge and one felony charge of possession of drugs, second subsequent offense, on May 8 in the town of Gillett. The court revoked her $6,000 cash bond. A sentencing hearing is Oct. 15.
