An initial appearance was held for Kelly P. Grzybowski, 19, Lena, on two federal charges of theft, movable property special facts, party to a crime on Nov. 23 in the town of Oconto. The court set a $10,000 cash bond with the condition of no contact with the victim or victim’s family. A continued initial appearance is Jan. 15.
William J. Longsine, 49, Lena, pleaded no contest to two charges of manufacture and deliver amphetamine and possess methamphetamine and precursors on June 25 in Lena. Charges read in and dismissed by the court were possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possess methamphetamine waste, possess drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine and maintain a drug trafficking place. A $100,000 cash bond was revoked. Conditions of no contact with others involved and absolute sobriety continue. Sentencing is Jan. 30.

Dustin S. Elliott, 19, Pound, pleaded guilty to six of 17 felony charges of burglary of a building or dwelling, as party to a crime, Jan. 1 to March 8 in Riverview and Mountain. The court read in and dismissed the other 11 counts and all of the theft, movable property special facts as party to a crime (six counts) and all 29 misdemeanor charges. A cash bond of $15,000 was revoked. Conditions of no contact with the victims or others involved and no possession of firearms remain. Sentencing is Jan. 28.
Daniel B. Schuettpelz, 34, Sobieski, was sentenced to one year, eight months incarceration (with a credit of 43 days) and three years extended supervision on charges of operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense Jan. 15 in Little Suamico. He was fined $2,000 plus court costs of $3,293. During extended supervision, he must complete any alcohol assessments and treatments with a cognitive intervention program and maintain absolute sobriety. All vehicles owned or operated by him must have ignition interlock installed for three years. He has a demerit of six points on his driver’s license. The court dismissed a charge of operating with prohibited alcohol concentration fifth or sixth offense, alcohol fine enhancer.

Shawn L. Paholke, 34, Suring, pleaded not guilty to perjury before court and intimidation of a witness Sept. 8 and 16 in Oconto. A cash bond of $50,000 continues with the condition of no contact with the victim. A status conference and pretrial conference is Jan. 7.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Brooks L. Polczinski, 21, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of causing a child 13-18 to view sexual activity and one misdemeanor charge Oct. 25 in Spruce. A $5,000 cash bond continues, with conditions of no contact with the victim or minor females except incidental and family members. An arraignment is Jan. 7.

The court set a $2,500 signature bond with the condition of absolute sobriety. A waiver preliminary hearing and arraignment is Jan. 9.
A status conference was held for Jeremia B. Spohn, 27, Townsend, on a felony charge of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle Aug. 29 in Townsend, second-plus offense, and a misdemeanor charge. A $20,000 cash bond continues with conditions of no driving without a valid license and absolute sobriety. A pretrial conference is Dec. 11.
Justin A. Marquardt, 18, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge and a misdemeanor charge of child abuse, intentionally cause harm, Nov. 3 in Oconto. A $1,500 cash bond continues with the condition of no contact with the victim. A plea and sentencing hearing is Dec. 11.
Melissa A. Rozzi, 35, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to felony charges of possession of THC, second offense, party to a crime, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, party to a crime, April 22 in Abrams and one misdemeanor charge. A $2,500 cash bond continues with the condition of absolute sobriety. A pretrial hearing is Dec. 11.
Thomas L. Tate, 62, Abrams, pleaded not guilty to felony charges of first-degree recklessly endanger safety, use of a dangerous weapon, and intentionally pointing a firearm at a person on Oct. 11 in Abrams. A $10,000 cash bond continues, with conditions of no contact with the victim or the victim’s family, no possession of firearms and absolute sobriety. A pretrial conference is Jan. 15.
Cody R. Ludwig, 22, Lena, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of vehicle operator flee and elude an officer and a misdemeanor charge July 13 in the city of Oconto. The cash bond of $650 continues, with the condition of no contact with the victim or any minor females. Sentencing is Jan. 28.
