David L. Marten, age 83, of Tigerton, formerly of Cloverleaf Lakes, Clintonville, passed away with the comfort of family by his side early Wednesday morning, Aug. 28, 2024, at The Pines Post-Acute and Memory Care, Embarrass. David “Dave” Leroy Marten was born May 20, 1941, in Mattoon, son to the late Edwin and Gladys (Glinske) Marten.

Pam Leigh Jensen, of Kronenwetter, formerly of Shawano, lost her battle with metastatic breast cancer Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024. Pam died in her home surrounded by her family and her beloved pets. She was born Pam Leigh Teckam on June 25, 1954, in Omaha, Nebraska. Pam was the daughter of Marian (Foreman) Teckam of Shawano and the late Harven Teckam.

Hilda Marie Dennison, 81, of Eau Claire, died peacefully at home on Friday, Aug. 23, 2024. She was born to Carl and Evelyn Turnquist on Oct. 18, 1942, in Greenwood. Hilda graduated from Greenwood High School. She completed the Weaver Airline Personnel School’s extension course and was attending the resident school in Kansas City, Missouri, when she was selected and assigned to the position of communications agent for North Central Airlines.

Helen Therese Gysling, 91, of Gillett, formerly of Minnetonka, Minnesota, died at home with family by her side, Saturday evening, Aug. 24, 2024, and went to be with her Savior. She was born May 20, 1933, in Bern, Switzerland, to Charles and Marie (Nyffeler) Favez. She grew up in Switzerland, where she completed her schooling and began her engagement to Walter Gysling.

Patricia A. Pingel, 78, of Clintonville, passed away Monday, Aug. 26, 2024. Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home and Crematory, Clintonville.

Dennis Karcz, a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on Aug. 20, 2024. The son of Peter and Esther (Nowak) Karcz was born on May 3, 1947, in Green Bay. On Nov. 8, 1969, he married Linda Robaidek at Assumption BVM Church. Dennis worked in the financial loan industry, assisting farmers and small businesses in northeastern Wisconsin.
