Richard 'Dick' Kessen

Richard Bradley “Dick” Kessen, 74, died unexpectedly, yet peacefully, on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, at his home in Eland, with his little dog, Ute, at his side. Dick was born on April 24, 1950, in Shawano, the third son of Harris and Nellie (Pietz) Kessen.
Duane Janik
Duane Janik, 76, of Lena, passed away peacefully, Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025, at the Meng Residence in De Pere, with his wife at his side. He was born June 29, 1948, in Oconto Falls, son of the late Edward and Esther (Bogsted) Janik, and was a graduate of Oconto Falls High School, class of 1966. After high school, Duane enlisted with the Army Reserves. He was united in marriage to Faye Umentum on July 13, 1968, in Oconto Falls.
James B. Saindon
James B. Saindon, 83, Town of Chase, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay. The son of Bob and Lucille (Karcz) Buckman was born Oct. 7, 1941, in Green Bay. Jim married Gladys Ferfecki on Nov. 23, 1965. He drove truck for Carver Boat and various other places for several years.
Delores R. Rohloff
Delores R. Rohloff, 89, of Shawano, passed away peacefully on Jan. 6, 2025. A celebration of life/memorial service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Shawano on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, with visitation at 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.

Muriel 'Midge' J. Acra (nee Swanson)
A beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Muriel “Midge” J. Acra (nee Swanson) passed away Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025. She entered into her eternal life surrounded by her loving daughters. She was born in Chicago, on March 26, 1935, to her parents, Murrell and Beatrice Swanson. Especially close with her father, it was Murrell who fostered Midge’s love of school and learning, enrolling her at the Academy of Our Lady in Chicago.
Patricia A. (Hintz) Stroik
Patricia A. (Hintz) Stroik, 90, of Galloway, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025, at 6:11 p.m. at Marshfield-Medical Center in Weston, surrounded by family. Pat was born on Jan. 8, 1934, in Galloway, Town of Franzen, to John and Bernice (Schultz) Hintz. She was raised on a farm between Shanty Town and Bevent.
