Gary “Kelly” Steffens Sr., born March 14, 1938, passed away peacefully at the age of 87 on Friday, April 11, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Pamela S. Koeller, age 79, of Cecil, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025, at the ThedaCare Medical Center in Appleton. Pamela Sue Weller was born Feb. 24, 1946, in Ottumwa, Iowa, as the daughter of the late William and Audrey (Daniels) Weller. As a young girl, she moved to the Shawano area where she graduated from Shawano High School with the class of 1964. Pamela was united in marriage to Richard “Dick” Koeller Sr. on March 27, 1965, in Shawano.

Jeffrey C. Cotter, 64, of Tigerton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at home. Jeffrey was born Jan. 5, 1961, in Tigerton, the son of Charles and Jean (Erickson) Cotter. Jeffrey worked as a sawyer for his dad and many other logging companies. He enjoyed fishing and watching the Green Bay Packers.
