Allan C. Luniak

Allan C. “Bud” Luniak, 87, of Shawano, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2020. Al was born on Sept. 21, 1932, in Shawano, a son of the late Frank and Ida (Bucholz) Luniak. He graduated from Marion High School and the UW-Madison with a degree in civil engineering. Following his graduation, Al served his country in the U.S. Navy. In his earlier years, Al enjoyed snowmobiling and fishing up north with friends.
Arlyss June Weber
Arlyss June Weber, 77, of Tigerton, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Shawano. June was born on June 22, 1942, in Antigo, to the late Walter and Wanda (Johns) Weber. June was united in marriage to Robert Puckett who preceded her in death. She enjoyed playing dominoes, completing puzzles and was an avid reader. June also enjoyed the outdoors by planting her favorite flowers and going fishing.
Alvin J. Sanapaw Sr.
Alvin J. Sanapaw Sr., 56, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020, in Keshena, surrounded by family. He was born Nov. 23, 1963, in Shawano to Joseph and Margaret (Peters) Sanapaw. Alvin lived in the Keshena area all his life.
Shirley A. Retzlaff
Shirley A. Retzlaff died Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Rosalia Gardens in Antigo. She was 83 years old. She was born on Aug. 22, 1936, in Pontiac, Michigan, a daughter of Thomas and Buelah (Clark) Devine. She married Clarence “Bud” Retzlaff on March 31, 1979, in Clintonville.
Jennie M. Gallert
Jennie May Gallert, 78, of Morgan Siding, formerly of Milwaukee, passed away early Friday morning, March 6, 2020, surrounded by her loving family at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center in Green Bay. Jennie was born Oct. 6, 1941, at home in Morgan Siding, a daughter of the late Clinton and Della May (Murphy) Grant. Jennie grew up in Milwaukee, and attended South Division High School. Following school, she was employed as a waitress.
Bert L. Lyons
Bert “Uncle Bert” Lyons, 73, of Keshena, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2020. He was born March 12, 1946, in Keshena to the late Ralph and Edna (Gauthier) Lyons. Bert was in the United States Army while serving in Korea. On April 8, 2017, he was united in marriage to Judith “Judy” Duquain at Keshena Falls. He was a member of St.
Keith R. Harrington
Keith R. “Chicken Brains” Harrington, 70, of the town of Richmond, passed away early Saturday morning, Feb. 22, 2020, at ThedaCare Medical Center-Shawano. Keith was born June 2, 1949, in Oshkosh, a son of the late Lewis and Harriet (Weymouth) Harrington. For 20 years, Keith worked as a custodian at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He was also a bartender at Trails End. Keith married the mother of his children, Carol, and they later divorced.
