Franklin A. Habeck

Franklin Arthur Habeck, 98, Shawano, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021, at Shawano Health Services. He was born March 23, 1923, to the late Arthur and Clara (Geisel) Habeck. Franklin was a World War II veteran; he served in the U.S. Navy from 1941-1947. In 1947, Franklin was united in marriage to Shirley Doetsch in Green Bay, and the couple had four children.
Kevin G. Soufal
Kevin G. Soufal, 63, passed away after a brief illness early Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021. He was born June 11, 1958, to Gerald and Carol (Steward) Soufal. After graduating from Shawano High School in 1976, Kevin attended NWTC to begin his work as an engineering technician. He joined Ayres Associates and began a 40-plus-year career, currently employed as a senior designer in civil engineering. On Dec.
Annette J. Splinter
Annette J. Splinter, 65, of Shawano, passed away peacefully on Saturday afternoon, Aug. 21, 2021, at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton, surrounded by her loving family. Annette was born Nov. 5, 1955, in Superior, a daughter of the late Andrew and Antoinette (Worm) Sislo. She attended school in Superior, graduating from Superior Senior High School with the Class of 1974. Annette married Eugene Ritchie in Superior in October 1976.
Jon Reopelle
Jon Reopelle, 52, of Appleton, passed away at home on April 26, 2021, with his family at his side after being diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer in January 2021.
Raymond Hangartner
Raymond Hangartner, 98, of Bowler, died on Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021, at Copperleaf Assisted Living in Rothschild. Raymond was born April 4, 1923, in the Town of Bartelme, Shawano County, the son of William and Mary (Goglin) Hangartner. On April 16, 1955, Raymond was united in marriage to Betty Schmidt in Gresham. She preceded him in death on July 3, 2008. Raymond farmed for many years in the Town of Bartelme.

Sader C. Breitenfeldt, 93, of Tigerton, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2021, at Homme Home Assisted Living of Wittenberg. Beil-Didier Funeral Home in Tigerton is assisting with the arrangements.

Kenneth G. Suehring, 86, of Clintonville, passed away Friday, Aug. 27, 2021, at Elder Lodge Assisted Living in Neenah. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home and Crematory in Clintonville is assisting the family.
