Carl Manns, of Green Bay, passed away April 5, 2022. The Lyndahl Funeral Home and Cremation Services is handling arrangements.

On the morning of Friday, April 1, 2022, Mark Rosenthal, of Gresham, peacefully left this life after a courageous battle with cancer. Mark was born on Aug. 23, 1965, in Madison to parents Marilyn Rosenthal (neé Schmidt) and Donald Rosenthal. Mark spent most of his childhood in Appleton and often referred to the memories of growing up in his kid-filled neighborhood near Erb Park as the happiest of times.

Jacquelyn M. “Jacky” Popp, 74, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at her home. Jacky was born in Shawano on Oct. 19, 1947, to the late Jack F. and Phyllis (Garska) Tinsman. She graduated from Shawano High School. Jacky was united in marriage to Albert “Al” Popp on April 23, 1966. Al preceded her in death in 2016. Jacky owned and operated her own beauty salon called Jacky’s Salon on South Main Street.

A kind and loving woman, Judith Ann Elliott “Judy,” 77, of Oconto, entered the arms of our Savior on April 2, 2022, with her family by her side. Judy was born Jan. 24, 1945, in Oconto to the late Paul and Betty (Mineau) LeBreck. Judy graduated from Oconto High School with the Class of 1963 as an honor student.

William “Bill” E. Rusch passed in peace on April 3, 2022, at the age of 73. He was born April 24, 1948, to the late Ervin and Mary (Zahn) Rusch. In 1966, he graduated from Gillett High School and, at the age of 20, was inducted in the U.S. Army and served a tour of duty in Vietnam. When he returned home, he attended NWTC in Green Bay and earned a degree in Credit Management. On July 14, 1973, he married the love of his life, Diane Block.

Doris Marie Buchholz, 98, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Birch Hill Nursing Home in Shawano. Doris was born in rural Bonduel on May 4, 1923, to the late Albert and Adela (Graf) Barkhaus. She was a lifelong resident of the Bonduel area. Doris attended the neighborhood country school and, later, St. Paul Lutheran School. She was an excellent student and was the first valedictorian of Bonduel High School in 1941.
