Anna Rose Redmond

Anna “Anne” Rose Redmond, 93, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022, in Shawano surrounded by her loved ones. She was born May 4, 1929, to the late George and Lena (Hoffman) Neumeier in Gresham. Anna graduated from Gresham High School in 1947 and lived in Gresham all her life. On June 16, 1956, she was united in marriage to James “Jim” Redmond in Gresham. They were married over 63 years until his passing.
James A. McKay
Master Sgt. (ret.) James A. McKay of the U.S. Marine Corps, 84, of the Town of Belle Plaine, passed away on Friday evening, July 15, 2022 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah surrounded by his family. James Allen McKay was born Feb. 19, 1938, in Milwaukee, son to the late Murdock and Emma (Beaune) McKay. He graduated from Clintonville High School in 1957 and joined the U.S. Marine Corps.
Lynn W. Weatherwax
Lynn W. Weatherwax, 70, of the Town of Belle Plaine, passed away unexpectedly at his home Friday, July 15, 2022. Lynn was born Nov. 4, 1951, in Green Bay as the son of the late William and Adeline (Kruse) Weatherwax, the second of their four children. He graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1970 and worked for a number of different places throughout his life.
Howard F. Wilken
Howard F. Wilken, 75, of Clintonville, passed away on July 14, 2022, at ThedaCare Medical Center-Shawano. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home and Crematory in Clintonville is assisting with arrangements.
Steven C. Engel
Steven C. Engel, 62, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at his home in Shawano. He was the son of the late Charles and Jermaine (Schultz) Engel, born on Jan. 15, 1960, in Green Bay. Steven graduated from Shawano High School and was active in baseball at all levels in his younger years.
Mary L. Irish
Mary L. Irish, 98, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 15, 2022 at her home in Shawano. She was born Mary Murphy on May 17, 1924, to the late Dr. James and Eulalia (Landgraf) Murphy in Appleton. Mary was a graduate of Clintonville High School and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in home economics. She taught for 34 years in middle school and high school in Laona, Gresham and Shawano and retired in 1985. On Aug.
Thomas S. Wawiorka
Thomas S. Wawiorka, 68, Morgan, passed away peacefully, Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Green Bay, surrounded by family. The son of Leo and Anita (McDermid) Wawiorka was born Nov. 14, 1953, in Oconto Falls. Tom graduated from Pulaski High School with the class of 1972. He was offered a scholarship to play football collegiately but was unable due to injuries.
