The Shawano Community High School girls golf team opened its season Friday at the 16-team Seymour Invitational at Crystal Springs Golf Course in Seymour.
The Hawks finished 13th, with a team score of 465, led by Courtney Baumann’s round of 104.
Megan Beck had the second-best day for Shawano, shooting 108. Julie Beck carded 120, Cheyenne Knueppel came in at 133 and Emily Smith shot a 137.
Marinette’s Abby Dufrane was the meet medalist, shooting a 2-over par 75.
