Vandalism — Police responded to a vandalism complaint in the 600 block of South Washington Street. Disturbance — A juvenile was referred to social services after a disturbance in the 600 block of East Schurz Street. April 25 Police logged 30 incidents, including the following: Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of West Picnic Street.
