A preliminary hearing was waived for Sierra R. Blaschuk, 21, Lena, and a not guilty plea was entered on charges of identity theft March 23 in Oconto Falls. A $2,500 bond continues. A plea and sentencing hearing is May 27.
Kyle L. Davis, 17, Mountain, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of burglary of a building or dwelling as a party to a crime on Jan. 27, Feb. 15, Feb. 21 and Feb. 22 in Riverview. The bond was reduced to a $5,000 signature bond. An arraignment is May 20.
A motion hearing was held for Denis V. Bochkarev, 19, Little Suamico, on charges of theft-movable property as party to a crime on Jan. 25, 2013, in Chase. The plea has been vacated, and a new plea and sentencing hearing is May 12.
A bail and bond hearing was held for Donald E. Britten Jr., 45, Deerbrook, on nine counts of failure to support occurring Nov. 1, 2011, to Nov. 1, 2012 and felony bail jumping March 14, 2013, both in Oconto. The court reduced the bond to $15,000 cash. A continued initial appearance is scheduled for May 8.
Devin B. Pearson, 19, Oconto Falls, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of sexual assault of a child under 16 on Aug. 24 in Stiles and felony bail jumping March 6. A $20,000 bond continues. A status conference is July 28.
An initial appearance was held for Jason A. Delebreau, 23, Rhinelander, on 13 drug-related charges on May 30 in Oconto. The court set a $25,000 bond . A preliminary hearing is May 20.
A bail and bond hearing was held for Dawn M. Schroeder, 23, Oconto, on charges of strangulation and suffocation domestic abuse on April 6 in Gillett. The court reduced the bond to a $2,500 cash. A preliminary hearing is May 7.
Daniel B. Schuettpelz, 34, Sobieski, entered a not guilty plea to charges of operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration fifth or sixth offense, Jan. 15 in Little Suamico. A $2,000 bond continues. A pretrial conference is June 4.

A status conference was held for Ashly J. Toth, 31, Oconto Falls, on charges of physical abuse of a child-intentionally cause bodily harm, Sept. 28, 2012, and physical abuse of a child, Dec. 16, 2012. A $1,000 signature bond will continue. She is also charged with felony bail jumping, Dec. 13. A $1,000 cash bond was set. A plea and sentencing hearing is May 20.

An initial appearance was held for Leonardo Juarez, 45, Chicago, on charges of false imprisonment April 29 in Oconto. A $10,000 cash bond was set. A continued initial appearance is May 8.

An continued initial appearance was held for Raul M. Saldana, 36, Texas, on charges of possession of THC second and subsequent offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia April 22 in Abrams. A $2,000 cash bond was reduced to a $1,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is May 7.
Proceedings from April 28
David A. Wilson, 29, Appleton, was sentenced to 12 years incarceration and eight years extended supervision for the repeated sexual assault of a child, which occurred between May 1, 2012, and Aug. 1, 2013, in Mountain.
James B. Nowak, 56, West Bend, pleaded guilty to charges of operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense, alcohol fine enhancer, which occurred Nov. 22 in Oconto Falls. A sentencing is June 16.
Brody J. Tappa, 21, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to aggravated battery, repeater, domestic abuse, which allegedly occurred March 26 in the city of Oconto. A cash bond of $2,500 continues. A pretrial conference is June 5
Dustin S. Elliott, 19, Pound, pleaded not guilty to two charges of burglary of a building or dwelling as party to a crime and three counts of theft-movable property as party to a crime, which allegedly occurred Jan. 1 and Feb. 9, 21 and 22 in Mountain. A cash bond of $15,000 continues. A status conference is May 23.
A preliminary hearing was held for Chaun C. Lesage, 34, Townsend, on charges of manufacture or deliver THC July 25 in Townsend. A $2,000 signature bond continues. An arraignment is May 27.

An initial appearance was held for Leslie R. Boyd, 51, Cecil, on a charge of violating a sex offender registry Dec. 13, 2012, in the town of Underhill. A $2,500 cash bond was set. A continued initial appearance is May 8.
Proceedings from April 14
Dennis P. Arendt, 19, Oconto, pleaded no contest and was found guilty of a charge of causing a child under 13 to view or listen to sexual activity, which occurred from Oct. 15 to Nov. 20 in Oconto. He was sentenced to two years of prison and two years of extended supervision. He is to have no contact with the victim or with any minors, not use computers or communication devices, maintain absolute sobriety and participate in sex offender assessments, evaluations, treatment and programs. During his period of supervision, he must obtain full-time employment or part-time employment if enrolled in school.
