The court amended a cash bond to $20,000. An arraignment is June 19. A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Jamie L. Delebreau, 20, Rhinelander, on 13 drug-related counts from May 30, 2013, in Oconto. A $25,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is June 27. Tresa M. Gilbert, 44, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to felony charges of bail jumping and misdemeanor theft-movable property from April 22 in Oconto Falls. The court revoked bond. Sentencing is July 21. Liegeois, 36, Little Suamico, on a misdemeanor charge and a felony charge of substantial battery, intend bodily harm, from June 8 in Oconto. The court set a $10,000 cash bond. Harris, 22, Oconto Falls, on charges of bail jumping June 5 in Oconto Falls and two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child from June 1 and Aug. 1 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $5,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance and status conference are June 27. An initial appearance was held for Philip R. Tetting, 58, Suring, on charges of vehicle operator flee/allude officer from June 8 in Breed. The court set a $1,500 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is July 10. Brabant, 62, Oconto Falls, on charges of repeated sexual assault of same child Nov. 1, 2010, through Dec. 31, 2013, in Oconto Falls. The court set a $5,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is Aug 1. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Michael R. Knight, 32, Oconto Falls, on charges of strangulation and suffocation on Feb. 28 in Oconto Falls. A $500 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is July 1. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Morning Star J. Skenandore, 32, Milwaukee on two misdemeanor charges and felony charges of possession of cocaine, second subsequent offense repeater, possession of THC, second subsequent offence repeater, possession of narcotic drugs, second subsequent offence repeater, on May 8 in the town of Gillett. The court set a $10,000 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Justin A. Grzybowski, 21, Lena, on charges of second degree sexual assault of a child under 16 May 17 in the town of Oconto. The court set a $15,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is June 19. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Kelly P. Grzybowski, 19, Lena, on a felony charge of intimidate victim/threaten force May 17 in Oconto. A $5,000 cash bond continues. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Jason R. Hensel, 31, Suring, on a misdemeanor charge and a felony charge of possession of THC, second offense, April 2 in Little Suamico. A cash bond of $200 continues. A preliminary hearing is June 25. An initial appearance was held for Shawn P. McKenna, 47, Townsend, on six counts of failure to support child from Oct. 15, 2011, to March 16, 2014, in Townsend. The court set a $1,000 signature bond. A preliminary hearing is June 28. An initial appearance was held for Tyler W. Huncoski, 23, Suring, on two misdemeanor charges and a felony charge of possession of THC, second-plus offense, Oct. 15, 2013, in Suring. The court set a $3,000 signature bond. A preliminary hearing is July 28. Proceedings from June 4 Leonardo Juarez, 45, Chicago, pleaded not guilty to charges of false imprisonment April 29 in Oconto. A $10,000 cash bond continues. Nancy Copeland, 56, Oconto, pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease to two misdemeanor charges and a felony charge of battery of a peace officer on May 4 in Oconto. The court amended the $3,000 cash bond to a signature bond. The court released her to a group home. Nicholas M. Lane, 29, Oconto, was sentenced to one year and six months incarceration and two years of extended supervision for flee/elude officer on Aug. 18, 2013, in the town of Oconto. Zachary J.E. Romnek, 19, Neenah, pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor charges and three felony charges of homicide by intoxicated use of vehicle and knowingly operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, cause of death, on March 29 in the town of Riverview. A cash bond of $5,000 continues. A pretrial conference is Aug. 14. Sean P. Ahnen, 21, Little Suamico, pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor charges and a charge of felony bail jumping in Little Suamico on Oct. 13, 2013. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is July 10. An initial appearance and bond hearing were held for Shannon M. Westphal, 34, Suring, on two misdemeanor charges and one felony charge of burglary, building or dwelling, party to a crime Feb. 15 and 22 in Riverview. The court set a $5,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance and status conference are July 10. Proceedings from June 3 A jury found for Amanda L. Andrews, 32, Lena, not guilty of second-degree recklessly endangering safety on Oct. 17, 2013, in the town of Stiles. Proceedings from May 30 A status conference was held for Jessica M. Hager, 26, Abrams, on charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to deliver THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, all on Sept. 3, 2013, in Abrams. Count 1 and 3 were dismissed. For count 2, she received a sentence of incarceration for 18 months and extended supervision 18 months, imposed and stayed, concurrent with Marinette County. Raul M. Saldana, 36, Texas, now of Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of THC, second and subsequent offence, and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, on April 22 in the town of Abrams. A $1,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is July 10. A status conference was held for Brian C. Vincent, 27, Abrams, on charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to deliver THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, on Sept. 3, 2013, in Abrams. Count 1 and 3 were dismissed. For count 2, he received a sentence of incarceration for 18 months and extended supervision 18 months, imposed and stayed, concurrent with Marinette County. A preliminary hearing was held for Robert P. Dulka, 30, Green Bay, on two charges of second degree reckless endangering safety, operating while intoxicated and possession of THC on April 7 in Little River. A bond of $1,000 continues. A motion hearing and arraignment are July 9.
