Senior guard Elizabeth Manns scored a game-high 14 points for Oconto Falls in a first-round win against Port Washington (3-7, 2-3 North Shore Conference) Monday during the Manitowoc Lincoln Holiday Tournament.
Oconto Falls (4-4, 2-3 Bay Conference) held on despite being outscored in the final period 12-8.
Leading scorers for the Pirates were Allie Uselding and Carley Lehtikangas, each with seven points.
Oconto Falls played the winner of the Manitowoc Lincoln vs. Roncalli game Tuesday, but results were unavailable at press time.

Senior Daniel Torres led all Gillett scorers with 16 points in the Tigers’ Marinette & Oconto Conference loss at Peshtigo on Dec. 23.
Gillett fell to 2-4, 1-3 M&O.
Marcus Sharkey led Peshtigo (6-1, 5-0 M&O) with 20 points.

Suring 38
Freshman Ryan Mahoney and senior Josh Vollmar led Suring (2-5, 2-3 Marinette and Oconto Conference) with nine points each Dec. 23 at Crivitz.
Three players scored in double figures for Crivitz (5-1, 3-1 M&O): Colton Lange with 19, Jake Sawinski with 14 and Blaine Bauer with 13.
