Marcotte, 28, Peshtigo, on felony charges of attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Aug. 31 in Oconto, and felony charges of battery to a law enforcement officer, firefighter or commission warden, repeater, and escape criminal arrest, repeater, and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Nov. 5 in Oconto. A $50,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Dec. 10. A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Esequiel G. Garcia, 46, Oconto, on a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs, repeater, which allegedly occurred Oct. 30 in Oconto. A $5,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Dec. 11. A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Steven R. Koski, 28, Oconto Falls, on two felony charges of possession with the intent to deliver THC, party to a crime, manufacturing and delivering THC, party to a crime, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Nov. 12 in Oconto Falls. A $7,500 cash bond was reduced to $2,500. An arraignment is Dec. 10. Proceedings from Nov. 23 A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Jason M. Linder, 29, Oconto Falls, on felony charge of child abuse, recklessly causing harm, which allegedly occurred Sept. 1 through Oct. 16 in Oconto Falls. A $5,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Dec. 22.
