Sutrick, 57, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child, two counts, and repeated sexual assault of the same child, at least three violations of first- or second-degree sexual assault, which allegedly occurred Aug. 1 and Oct. 10 in Oconto Falls. A $50,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Dec. 11. An arraignment was held for Cory M. Branch, 27, Townsend. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, repeater, second-degree recklessly endanger safety, repeater, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Sept. 22 in Townsend. A $50,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Jan. 14. A initial appearance was held for Taylor R. Peterson, 23, Laona, on felony charges of armed robbery attempt, repeater, which allegedly occurred Sept. 14 in Lakewood. The court set a $50,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 12. Proceedings from Dec. 3 A waiver preliminary hearing/arraignment was held for Cody J. Vanhoosen, 21, Oconto. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement-sexual contact and exposing a child to harmful material, which allegedly occurred Sept. 1, 2013, and Dec. 31, 2014, in Oconto Falls. A $50,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Jan. 14. A waiver preliminary hearing/arraignment was held for Eric T. Engebregtsen, 31, Oconto Falls. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of possession with the intent THC-party to a crime, second and subsequent offense, maintaining a drug trafficking place-party to a crime, second and subsequent offense, manufacturing or delivering THC-party to a crime, second and subsequent offense, and a felon possessing firearm charge, which allegedly occurred Nov. 12 in Oconto Falls. Wolfe, 58, Little Suamico, on felony charges of possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine (party to a crime), possession of narcotic drugs (three counts) , maintaining a drug trafficking place and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Dec. 1 in Little Suamico. He pleaded no contest to felony charges of driving or operating e a motor vehicle without consent on May 13 in Little Suamico. A misdemeanor charge was read in and dismissed by the court.
