A $250,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Jan. 15, and a motion hearing is Feb. 17.
A status conference/ initial appearance was held for Delbert I. Welch, 52, Suring, on a felony charge of first-degree child sexual assault (intercourse with a child under 12) and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred January through October 2015 in Mountain. A $150,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing/continued initial appearance is Jan. 21.
