• Christopher L. Uhl, 42, Marinette, appeared July 13 regarding an extradition warrant from the state of Michigan. Judge Hannah Schuchart adjourned the hearing to give him time to contact an attorney and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 11.
• Jesse D. Zak, 36, Oshkosh, was charged July 15 with burglary to a building or dwelling, driving or operating a vehicle without consent and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Schuchart set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 13.
• Devin David Lakonen-Smet, 25, Suring, was charged July 15 with four counts of felony bail jumping. Schuchart set a $3,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 13.
• Chad Alan Demerath, 53, Lakewood, was charged July 15 with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute psilocin, two counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Schuchart set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 13.
• Samantha Lee Christie, 41, Shioction, was charged July 16 with felony bail jumping. Schuchart set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 13.
