• Michael Myron Laroque, 33, Seymour, pleaded no contest July 8 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle. Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Benjamin DJ Zirbel, 37, a Crystal Falls, Michigan, man serving a sentence at Wisconsin Secure Program Facility in Boscobel, pleaded no contest May 8 to receiving stolen property, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, fleeing an officer in a vehicle causing bodily harm and/or property damage, manufacturing with intent to deliver methamphetamine and manufacturing with intent to deliver THC. Judge sentenced him July 9 to an additional 6 1/2 years in prison, followed by seven years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Stephen A. Schwartzenberger, 33, Gillett, pleaded no contest July 8 to misdemeanor theft. A felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge levied fines and sentenced him to 294 days in county jail time served.
• Brandon M. Lewis, 35, Oconto, pleaded no contest May 1 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge withheld sentencing July 8 and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Hailey Ann Johnson, 21, Wauwatosa, pleaded no contest June 25 to fleeing an officer in her vehicle. Judge withheld sentencing July 9 and placed her on two years of probation with conditions, including 120 hours of community service.
• Raistlin Ryan Osmon, 20, Lena, was charged July 7 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Judge set a $7,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 17.
• Andrew J. Lemirande, 43, Oconto Falls, was charged July 7 with possession of methamphetamine and two counts of felony bail jumping. Judge set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 17.
• Jacob S. Chilcote, 23, Gillett, was charged July 9 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), two misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge set a $750 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Kyra L. Saldana, 22, Oconto, was charged July 9 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), two misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge set a $750 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Lee Terrence Smith, 50, Oneida, was charged July 11 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, taking and driving a motor vehicle without consent, felony theft and a misdemeanor count of hit-and-run. Judge Jay Conley set a $50,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 28.
• James Lee Jandrey, 44, Valders, was charged July 11 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Conley set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 17.
