• Michael A. Winters, 47, Pulaski, pleaded no contest Feb. 20 to possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him June 27 to five years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions. • Brian S. Pamonicutt, 31, Gresham, pleaded no contest Jan. 16 to first-degree child sex assault. Kussel sentenced him July 2 to 25 years in prison, followed by 10 years of extended supervision with conditions. • Cody W. Lawe, 27, Green Bay, pleaded guilty July 1 to two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 180 days in county jail time served. • Rhiannon H. Elertson, 26, Birnamwood, pleaded no contest July 1 to two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. The bail jumping charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and sentenced her to two days in county jail time served. • Amber D. Chevalier, 38, Keshena, pleaded no contest April 14 to possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute narcotics, two counts of possession of narcotic drugs and the manufacture and delivery of fentanyl. Sloma sentenced her July 1 to nine years in prison followed by nine years of extended supervision with conditions. She was given credit for 344 days already served. • Shane C. Nigl, 36, Shawano, was charged June 30 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second and subsequent offense), maintaining a drug trafficking place, five counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegal obtained prescription, use or possession with intent to use a masking agent and child neglect. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 26. • Anthony W. Tepiew, 19, Shawano, was charged June 30 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 25. • Shauna R. Tokarczyk, 33, was charged June 30 with possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place, two misdemeanor counts of child neglect and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and use or possession with intent to use a masking agent. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 7. • Brandon J. Turney, 25, Bonduel, was charged July 1 with three counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 25. • Jeremiah M. Gambsky, 18, Clintonville, was charged July 1 with first-degree child sexual assault, repeated sexual assault of the same child, strangulation and suffocation, and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a competency review hearing for Sept. 2. • James C. Knudsen, 24, Cecil, was charged July 1 with child abuse intentionally causing harm. Kussel set a $20,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 19. • Jayden J. Escalante, 18, Shawano, was charged July 2 with attempted robbery with the use of force, child abuse intentionally causing harm, three counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 9. • Shawn V. Barnes, 43, Shawano, was charged July 2 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 8. • Antone M. Lyons, 39, Keshena, was charged July 2 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 2. • Aleicia M. Kinney, 35, Shawano, was charged July 2 with two counts of felony bail jumping, five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 5. • Reece E. Nickol, 23, Shawano, was charged July 1 with false imprisonment, intimidating the victim of a domestic abuse crime, two misdemeanor counts of making contact after a domestic abuse arrest and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 19. • Kegan Sebastian Zyduck, 33, Tigerton, was charged July 1 with first-degree child sex assault of a person under age 13. Kussel set a $25,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 12. • Raeannon D. Hill, 27, Shawano, was charged July 1 with four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possessing an illegally obtained prescription. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 8.
