• Dustin W. Gottschalk, 32, a Wausau man serving time at Redgranite Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest May 5 to substantial battery intending bodily harm, victim intimidation and two counts of felony bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence and placed him on 10 years of probation with conditions.
• Dustin C. Elsholtz, 38, a Marathon man serving time at Redgranite Correctional Institution, pleaded guilty Feb. 27 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of methamphetamine, five counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. Judge Leon Stenz sentenced him May 5 to an additional three years in prison followed by eight years of extended supervision and probation with conditions.
• Alexander J. Lawonn, 25, Milwaukee, had his probation revoked Feb. 3. He was convicted in 2021 of taking and driving a vehicle without consent, two counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma sentenced him May 6 to two years in prison followed by four years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Erin L. Peters, 37, Gresham, pleaded no contest May 7 to two counts of battery and one count of disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors. One of the battery counts was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and forfeitures of $2,395.
• Andrew V. Grzejka, 34, Bear Creek, was found guilty of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor charge of possession of an illegally obtained prescription after a Feb. 12 jury trial. Sloma sentenced him May 9 to nine months in county jail.
• Avery M. Lowe, 39, Reedsburg, pleaded no contest May 6 to a sex registry violation. Judge William Kussel sentenced him to 18 months in prison followed by 20 months of extended supervision.
• Brian L. Pamonicutt, 57, Cecil, pleaded no contest May 7 to victim intimidation, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of battery. Sloma sentenced him to 180 days in county jail.
• Matthew W. Netzel, 40, Birnamwood, was charged May 5 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of theft of movable property. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 19.
• Ronald E. Lee, 30, Shawano, was charged May 6 with possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 17.
• Blain M. Prichard, 31, Shawano, was charged May 6 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for May 13.
• Andrew T. Sturm, 38, was charged May 7 with battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for July 15.
• Roylee W. Nowell, 31, Shawano, was charged May 9 with second-degree sexual assault of a mentally ill victim. Kussel set a $50,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 16.
