Tigerton 72, Northland Lutheran 46
James Brady scored 27 points and pulled down 15 rebounds as Tigerton defeated Northland Lutheran 72-46 in a Central Wisconsin North Conference game.
Maverick Maass and Joey Zimdars each scored 14 points for the Tigers.
Sam Anheuser led the team with five assists and five steals.
Tigerton is in first place at 5-0 in conference and 11-1 overall.
Wittenberg-Birnamwood 60, Manawa 38
Wittenberg-Birnamwood jumped out to a 38-16 lead by halftime and maintained the 22-point margin throughout the second half to win 60-38 over Manawa.
“We played a solid first half tonight and didn’t really separate any more in the second,” coach Garrett Rogowski said. “Oliver Fraaza had a very nice performance in the first half, then got in foul trouble.”
Jett Rogowski led the Chargers with 21 points (include 7-of-12 free throw attempts), followed by Fraaza with 16 (including 12 in the first half) and Jaden Clark with 10.
Bonduel 78, Weyauwega-Fremont 29
Nine players scored for Bonduel as the Bears manhandled Weyauwega-Fremont 78-29.
Quinn Wesenberg and Race Anvelink each scored 14 points, with Carter Moesch adding 12 and Cade Johnson with 10. Mason Zuleger and Wesenberg each connected on a trio of 3-pointers.
Gillett 59, Suring 54
Jesse DeBauch scored more than half of Gillett’s points as the Tigers snuck past the Suring Eagles 59-54.
DeBauch had 32 points, and Ryan Pensis added 14.
For the Eagles, Michael Bailey led with 16 points, followed by Taylor Booth Stoffregen with 13 and Donny Otradovec with 12.
Coleman 62, Lena 55
Coleman and Lena were tied at 29-29 at halftime, but the Cougars pulled away with a 33-26 second half to beat the Wildcats 62-55.
Lena was led by Mason Belongia’s 20 points and Mason Spice’s 19.
