Amber Otto reached a career milestone of 1,000 kills as Oconto Falls beat Little Chute 3-0. Scores were 25-12, 25-11, 25-16.
“The student section was rocking it in their constructions theme,” coach Rochell Otto said.
Amber Otto went into the match needing 26 kills to reach 1,000 in her career.
Her coach believed the mark would come in the following weekend tournament, but the player and her teammates had other thoughts.
“Amber had 10 kills in the first set and six kills in the second set, leaving her 10 kills to get in the third set to get to 1,000,” Rochell Otto said. “Her teammates were on a mission to help her accomplish that task. The score was 21-16, and she nailed three kills in a row to reach her 1,000th career kill milestone. It was awesome to witness that 1,000th kill and even more special to watch her teammates’ and fans’ reaction as they celebrated with her.”
Amber Otto finished with 26 kills and five aces.
Izzy Otto had 32 assists and eight digs. Lucy Ripley added seven kills. Rylie Shallow contributed with 15 digs.
Bonduel 3, Sevastopol 0
Bonduel won on the road, taking the match in three sets. Scores were 25-19, 25-22, 25-15.
Bonduel was led by Audrey Weier with 11 kills, 14 digs and 14 service points. Juliana Jacobs chipped in 10 kills and four block assists. Jayla Reinke had 16 assists, and Paige Niquette had 15.
The team’s overall record improves to 11-2.
Gresham 3, Tigerton 0
Gresham evened its overall mark to 4-4 and improved its CWC-North record to 2-1 with a 3-0 win at Tigerton.
Scores were 25-13, 25-22, 25-20.
Leading the Wildcats were Janay Pecore-Kirkland with 11 kills, Allie Cerveny with 11 assists, and Addison Fischer with 10 digs.
Rylie Kakwitch added seven kills and 12 service points, and Lexi Baddmoccosin-Barnes had 10 service points and six kills.
Presley Stewart-Rolfs led the Tigers with eight kills, while Jade Selle added four and Aaliyah Lederhaus had three.
Danika Tiller had seven assists.
Lederhaus led with 12 digs, and Angel Welch added 11. Tiller and Sienna Breaker notched nine each, Lillian Welch had five, Selle contributed four, and Stewart-Rolfs had three.
Tiller tallied six points and three aces. Breaker and Angel Welch had five points each.
Lederhaus and Stewart-Rolfs each had a block kill.
Tigerton is 2-2 in the CWC North and 5-4 overall.

Lena shut out St. Thomas Aquinas 25-11, 25-19, 25-16 as part of a meet in Crivitz.
Laila Collar and Kaitlyn Borkovec each had two service aces.
Peyton Dorow led with 11 spike kills, and Eva Brooks had three block kills.
Kaelyn Cook recorded nine assists, and Borkovec and Brooks had two digs each.
Crivitz 3, Lena 1
Against their hosts, Lena won the first game but then dropped three in a row. Scores were 25-16, 22-25, 22-25, 14-25.
Leading Lena were Eva Brooks with three service aces, Peyton Dorow with five spike kills, Brooks with four block kills, Kaelyn Cook with 10 assets, and Abby Kostreva, Cook and Laila Collar with three digs apiece.
