Eggert wins medalist honors

Bay Conference Mini-Meet #4 Aug. 26 Shawano golfer Sophia Eggert was the medalist once again when the Hawks competed Aug. 26 in the Bay Conference Mini-Meet No. 4 at Golden Sands Golf Course in Cecil. Eggert’s score of 40 set the pace for the Hawks, who placed second with a 192. Seymour won with a 177, and Bonduel placed fifth with a 211. Joining Eggert for Shawano were Lily Glysch with a 45, Melanie Kunze with a 52 and Madelyn Moesch with a 55. Morgan Evans also carded a 55. Bonduel was led by Raina Dworniczak and Paige Wolf, each with a 49. They were joined by Morgan Staszak with a 52 and Hailey Spates with a 61. Leah Court scored a 65.
