Proceedings of July 19
• Justin A. Biersteker, 43, Little Suamico, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 19. A felony count was dismissed but read into the record as part of a plea agreement. Judge Michael Judge levied fines and restitution totaling $1,777.16.
• Tessa R. Shepard, 35, Wabeno, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to misappropriating ID information, possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock order, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 19. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Sept. 12.
Proceedings of July 18
• A bench warrant was authorized for Joseph J. Christensen, 37, Green Bay, after he failed to appear for a court hearing on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 2.
• Shauna Lynn Rouse, 45, Green Bay, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 18. Judge scheduled arraignment for Sept. 12.
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for William Luther Sechrist, 27, Shawano, after he was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 12. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 15.
• A $5,000 signature bond was scheduled for Trisha Ann Cardish, 44, Suring, after she was charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 10. Judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 5.
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Jeremy W. Heise, 39, Suring, after he was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and two counts of operating while revoked, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred May 21 and May 30. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 15.
Proceedings of July 17
• On prosecutor’s motion, the case was dismissed against Brent A. Olson, 30, Crivitz, who had been charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.
• Andrew R. Krueger, 38, Oconto Falls, was sentenced to four years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision for manufacture with intent to deliver methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 6, 2023. Judge Jay Conley ruled that the sentence be served consecutive to any other sentence Krueger is currently serving.
• Melvin Sterling Zarda, 30, Crandon, was sentenced to four years in prison followed by six months in county jail and four years of extended supervision for two counts of battery or threat to a law officer and a misdemeanor charge of battery, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 30, 2022. Conley gave him credit for 626 days (one year, 260 days) already served.
• Baldwin C. Framnes, 23, Gillett, was placed on two years of probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for fleeing an officer in a vehicle and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while revoked and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred July 22, 2023, and battery or threat to a law officer, for an alleged July 23 incident, as well as misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer and operating while revoked, for a July 11 incident. Judge gave Framnes credit for 136 days already served.
• Tyler Roger Coyle, 30, Neenah, was placed on two years of probation for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred April 30, 2023. Judge imposed and stayed 120 days of jail time to be used at the probation agent’s discretion and ordered other conditions, including that Coyle obtain the equivalent of a high school diploma within the first year.
Proceedings of July 15
• A final pre-trial conference was held in the case of Terrence Lee Ludwig, 63, Suring, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and operating with a prohibited alcohol content, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 8, 2023. A telephone conference was scheduled for July 30.
