• William J. Turner, 29, New London, pleaded no contest Jan. 26 to battery or threat to a law officer. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed him on probation for two years with conditions.
• Phillip J. Albers, 28, Neenah, pleaded no contest Jan. 24 to misdemeanor charges of battery, disorderly conduct and two counts of bail jumping. Two felony bail jumping counts were dismissed in a plea agreement. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions including 30 days in county jail.
• Garth L. Banuelos, 36, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest Nov. 6 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety, 16 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing Jan. 25 and placed him on four years of probation with conditions including about 330 days in county jail. He was given credit for 100 days already served.
• Clayton E. Thunder, 47, pleaded no contest Jan. 24 to two counts of possession of methamphetamine, victim intimidation, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), two counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of battery. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on five years probation with conditions including 120 days in county jail and 120 hours of community service. He was given credit for 667 days already served.
• Robin D. Lutz, 60, Antigo, pleaded no contest Jan. 24 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (seventh offense), felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked. Sloma sentenced him to five years in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision. He was given credit for 631 days already served.
• Darius D. Peters, 31, Keshena, pleaded no contest Jan. 23 to possession of narcotic drugs and felony bail jumping. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Gary T. Baxter, 34, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 20 to possession with intent to deliver heroin and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Sloma sentenced him Jan. 25 to five years in prison followed by four years of extended supervision, consecutive to sentences he is already currently serving. He was given credit for 598 days already served.
• Mitchell A. Waukau, 20, Shawano, pleaded no contest Jan. 22 to two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, taking and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on four years of probation with conditions including at least 120 days in jail and 120 hours of community service. He was given credit for 256 days already served.
• Nathan M. Teller, 32, Keshena, pleaded no contest Jan. 24 to misdemeanor charges of bail jumping and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. A felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Kussel levied fines and forfeitures and sentenced him to 60 days already served in county jail.
• Michelle L. Lanser, was charged Jan. 22 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia to make methamphetamine, and two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 5.
• Melaya A. Sexton, 33, Shawano was charged Jan. 22 with possession with intent to deliver non-narcotics and misdemeanor charges of possession of cocaine, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for March 5.
• Joseph A. Andrus, 27, Oconto Falls, was charged Jan. 22 with three counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) and operating while his license was revoked. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 26.
• Hannah E. Hoffman, 17, Shawano, was charged Jan. 23 with three counts of battery or threat to a law officer, three counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor charges of battery and resisting or obstructing an officer. In a separate complaint, she was charged with additional felony counts of battery or threat to a law officer and bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 9.
• Caitlynn J. Testolin, 31, Oconto Falls, was charged Jan. 24 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 28.
• Chevaughn L. Schanandore, 22, Neopit, was charged Jan. 24 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for March 26.
• Marnie M. Frechette, 48, Keshena, was charged in separate complaints Jan. 26 with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, four counts of felony bail jumping, five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and a $3,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 19.
