Experience: VFW post, county and district commander; chaired two VFW financial programs to assist returning and active duty veterans, 15 years; coordinated with charitable groups to repair veterans’ homes

Francis “Fran” Wranosky
Age: 65, lifelong resident of Morgan
Education: Oconto Falls High School, Class of 1968; NWTC Farm Training Program; Fox Valley Technical Institute asbestos handling course; NWTC “Meth: Drug of Death” course; Wisconsin Towns Associations seminars
Employment: Former owner/operator of dairy farm; current owner/operator of beef farm and heifer-raising operation.
Experience: Town supervisor, six years; Town Board chairman, six years; unit chairman of Oconto County Towns Association; Oconto County Fair Board, 20 years, and chairman, 18 years; director for Maple Valley Mutual Insurance Company, 22 years; previous trustee at St. Anthony Church; past member of Oconto County FMHA Board.
Statement: “Knowledge gained in my previous experience serving on the Town Board is an asset in dealing with state and county issues impacting our town. Being part of town government isn’t just a matter of attending monthly meetings. It means being available to assist residents with a variety of issues when they arise. My goal as town chairman is to operate a well-balanced budget and provide input in decisions which benefit everyone throughout our town.”
