Thomas G. Hansen, 62, of Cecil, formerly of Racine, passed away on Aug. 9, 2014. Born on Nov. 13, 1951, in Franksville, he was the son of the late Quinten and Georgia (Rhode) Hansen.
Thomas spent most of his life working in the Racine area and moved to the Cecil area upon retirement. Tom loved nature and enjoyed feeding the birds. He also had a special place in his heart for his cat, Jack.
Tom is survived by his friend and life partner, Julie (nee Voigt) Hansen; his brother, Mike (Joan) Hansen, of Colorado and Arizona; his sister, Bonnie (Lee) Ganski, of Rosholt; a niece, Jenny (Rob) Long; as well as other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
