• Trevor Smith, 23, listed as homeless, pleaded no contest Dec. 17 to possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 180 days in the county jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges.
• Donald R. Carlson, 40, Iola, pleaded guilty Dec. 20 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge Scott Corbett levied fines and costs and sentenced him to eight months in county jail. The judge suspended Carlson’s license and ordered ignition interlock devices for 24 months.
• Matthew P. Urbanczyk, 30, Tigerton, pleaded no contest Dec. 18 to battery or threat to a law officer, two counts of a prisoner throwing or expelling bodily substances, a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on probation for five years with conditions.
• Justin D. Brennan, 26, Shawano, pleaded no contest Dec. 18 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him to nine months in county jail time served and levied fines and court costs.
• Shelby C. Montoya, 51, Gresham, was charged Dec. 16 with misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty, two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 25.
• Nicole M. Murphy, 28, Shawano, was charged Dec. 16 with failure to report to jail. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 24.
• Delvinia L. Okimosh, 34, Shawano, was charged Dec. 16 with the physical abuse of an elder person recklessly causing bodily harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 17.
• Jasmaine L. Roehl, 17, Wittenberg, was charged Dec. 16 with stalking, six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 23. She was additionally charged Dec. 20 with battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass to a dwelling, resisting or obstructing and officer, and disorderly conduct. Kussel added the charges to the Dec. 23 hearing and set a $2,500 signature bond.
• Dominick D. West, 33, Antigo, was charged Dec. 16 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 28.
• Taylor R. Roehl, 31, Clintonville, was charged Dec. 17 with possession of methamphetamine and three counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 20.
• Kerry D. Kluck, 67, Stevens Point, was charged Dec. 18 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 3.
• Justin D. Okimosh, 31, Shawano, was charged Dec. 20 with felony bail jumping and operating while revoked. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 19.
