Thunder, 48, Green Bay, had his probation revoked Nov. 26, and Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him Dec. 27 to three years in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions, for two counts of possession of methamphetamine, victim intimidation, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), two counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of battery. • Nicholas R. Wetherell, 33, Shawano, was charged Dec. 23 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a $5,00o signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 21. • Kevin Arnold Brewer, 31, Gresham, was charged Dec. 23 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $200 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 28. • John J. Greer, 45, Cecil, was charged Dec. 23 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Johnson, 37, Denmark, was charged Dec. 23 with possession of methamphetamine, 12 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 21. • Joseph R. Caldwell, 29, Cecil, was charged Dec. 26 with two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) and possession of THC. Kussel set a $4,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 19. • Danny S. Wedde, 40, was charged Dec. 26 with possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or failing to stop and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 2. • Tanya M. Dear, 51, Menasha, was charged Dec. 26 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 14. • Daniel S. Slack, 48, Pulaski, was charged Dec. 26 with six counts of possession of child pornography. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 11.
