Fleeing — A subject was taken into custody after a fleeing incident on Nabor Road in Cecil. Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on County Road G in Red Springs. Theft — A puppy was reported stolen on Marble Avenue in Mattoon. OAR — A 28-year-old woman was cited for operating after revocation Theft — Sheriff Randy Wright reported a campaign sign stolen on Maders Circle in Wescott.
