Feb. 26 Deputies responded to 55 incidents, including an unwanted party on Main Street in Oconto, an incident at the county jail, 220 Arbutus Ave., Oconto; a fire control burn on Allen Road in the Town of Little Suamico, internet fraud on Maple Leaf Trail in the Town of Little Suamico, an animal bite on Saint Aubins Lane in the Town of Spruce, a structure fire on Main Street in Oconto, 10 traffic stops, one traffic hazard, five traffic offenses, two miscellaneous traffic incidents, three welfare checks; one 911 hangup and two open lines; four crashes, one involving deer. Feb. 25 Deputies responded to 31 incidents, including suspicious activity on Iditarod Trail in the Town of Stiles, a death investigation in the Town of Oconto Falls, harassment on Gregory Lane in the Town of Little Suamico, theft on Nelligan Lake Lane in the Town of Riverview, theft on Sunrise Lane in the Town of Little River, an unwanted party on County Road J in the Town of Oconto, one traffic stop, one citizen assist, four miscellaneous traffic incidents, one welfare check; four open-line 911 calls; one crash. Feb. 24 Deputies responded to 52 incidents, including suspicious activity on Loon Lane in the Town of Brazeau, on East Main Street in Gillett, on West Maple Street in Lena, and on County Road J in the Town of Pensaukee; five traffic stops, two traffic hazards, one traffic offense, two citizen assists, one miscellaneous traffic incident; two 911 hangups and three open lines; two ambulance calls; one deer-related crash. Feb. 23 Deputies responded to 26 incidents, including an animal bite on state Highway 22 in the Town of Oconto, fire on East Main Street in Gillett, two traffic stops, one traffic hazard, three traffic offenses, one citizen assist, one miscellaneous traffic incident; one 911 hangup and one open line. Feb. 22 Deputies responded to 58 incidents, including suspicious activity on North Brown County Line Road in the Town of Chase and on County Road N in the Town of Oconto, a disturbance on County Road S in the Town of Chase, theft on Parkway Road in the Town of Spruce, criminal damage on Ski Hill Lane in the Town of Lakewood, 12 traffic stops, eight traffic offenses, four citizen assists, two miscellaneous traffic incidents, two welfare checks; one open-line 911 call; four crashes, one involving deer.
