Nov. 6 Deputies logged 26 incidents, including the following: Trespassing - Authorities investigated a report of a hunter trespassing on a homeowner’s land on Pine Vista Court, Abrams. Violation Court Order - Authorities investigated a report of an estranged husband who is hacking e-mail and Facebook accounts harassing a woman on Owl Lane in Oconto Falls. Welfare check - Authorities assisted with checking on a elderly lady on Liegeois Road in Oconto after a pharmacy received a call from her and she wasn’t talking normal. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle in the ditch on U.S. Highway 41/141 by the scales in Abrams. Animal Problem - Authorities assisted with a call about seven bulls being loose and close to the roadway on County Road A in Lena. Nov. 5 Deputies logged 33 incidents, including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated the report of an accident involving a vehicle and a deer on County Road J in Abrams. Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of someone who appeared to be moaning outside a home on Elm Lawn Road in Oconto Falls. Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of an unwanted person lurking around Gillett Elementary School on Main Street in Gillett. The man was confronted by the principal and took off to the woods. The schools went to an automatic lockdown while the police searched and cleared the area. Trespassing - Authorities investigated the report of a vehicle with a loud muffler chasing deer and tearing up a field on Guelig Road in Lena. Nov. 4 Deputies logged 29 incidents, including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a driver who was inattentively driving, missed the corner and went into the ditch on County Road C and Sunshine School Road in Pulaski. Sex Offender - Authorities investigated the possible sexual assault of a 17- year-old girl on Algoma Street in Suring. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle in the ditch on County Road V in Gillett. Agency Assist - Authorities assisted the U.S. Marshal Service in picking up a sex offender on Maple Street in Abrams. Trespassing - Authorities investigated a trespassing report regarding a neighbor on Joan Lane in Sobieski. Nov. 3 Deputies logged 23 incidents, including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a vehicle that backed into another vehicle at the Holiday Inn on County Road G in Suring. The driver left the scene. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that lost control, left the road and struck a tree on Maiden Lake road in Mountain. Juvenile Problem - Authorities assisted with a juvenile runaway on Washington Street in Oconto. Trespassing - Authorities investigated a call from a property owner having trouble with trespassers on his land on County S and J in Little Suamico. Nov. 2 Deputies logged 30 incidents, including the following: Disturbance - Authorities investigated a report of someone yelling for help outside of the Log Jam on Main Street, Oconto. Criminal Damage - Authorities investigated damage done to a yard on River Road in Morgan. Agency Assist - Authorities assisted with a hit-and-run from Marinette County on U.S. Highway 141 south of Crivitz in the Lena area. Nov. 1 Deputies logged 31 incidents, including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle partially submerged in Kelly Lake on County Road G and St. Bernadette Road in Suring. Welfare Check - Authorities assisted with a report of a woman on Pleasant View Drive in Pulaski who texted suicidal comments to her estranged husband. Runaway Juvenile - Authorities investigated a report of two children who left a note stating they needed a break from their parents and left their home on County Road A in Lena. Criminal Damage - Authorities investigated a report of a smashed mail box and car parts on the road on Red Bank Road in Suring. Authorities followed a trail of transmission fluid to local park-and-ride lot where the vehicle was located. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a two-vehicle accident that was blocking the road on Fireside Road in Lena. DNR Complaint - Authorities assisted with a report from a caller who was trapped in his tree stand on County R and VV in Gillett. A bear was below. Oct. 31 Deputies logged 29 incidents, including the following: Criminal Damage - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that was keyed after an argument over a pool game at the Midway Bar on County Road A and North Creek Lane in Lena. Juvenile Problem - Authorities assisted the Department of Corrections with a woman who was out of her ankle bracelet’s allowed range on Lilac Road in Little Suamico. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of an accident on U.S. Highway 41 just south of Oconto. Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle on Spring Street in Sobieski. Caller suspected it might be related to the criminal damage that was done a few weeks ago in the area. Burglary - Authorities investigated a report of a cottage that was broken into on Loon Rapids Road in Mountain.
