• George A. Baxter, 68, De Pere, was charged Sept. 29 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed knife. Schuchart set a $2,500 signature bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Suzanah Erin Wilson, 33, Oconto Falls, was charged Oct. 2 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Jay Conley set a $1,500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 15.
