Laura L. Dey, 33, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to charges of being party to burglary of a building and party to theft between July 15 and 24 in Oconto Falls, to being party to theft between May 1 and Aug. 4 in Oconto Falls, and to bail jumping. A $5,000 signature bond continues. She also faces a preliminary hearing Oct. 7 for being party to theft of movable property on July 10 in Oconto Falls.
Nicholas M. Lane, 28, Oconto, will have a preliminary hearing Sept. 19 for charges of battery and false imprisonment and strangulation and suffocation, which allegedly took place Aug. 16 or 17 in the town of Oconto, and of fleeing or eluding a traffic officer, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct on Aug. 18 in Oconto. His $5,000 cash bond continues.
An initial appearance for Robert J. Willis, 22, Green Bay, will continue Oct. 10. He is accused of being party to burglary and party to theft, which allegedly took place at the Lena Dairy Barn May 8 or 9, and party to burglary at Northwoods Sporting Goods, Lena, on May 12. James J. Magee, 19, Gillett, is to appear at a preliminary hearing Sept. 26. He is charged with being party to burglary and theft at Stiles Food and Fuel on May 9, burglary and theft at Northwoods Sporting Goods, Lena, on May 12, and party to theft at the Oconto Laundromat on May 13. His bond of $2,500 cash continues.

An arraignment will be Oct. 22 for Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto. She was arrested Sept. 1 in Oconto for disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Her $500 cash bond continues.
Justin L. Nernberger, 17, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to being party to a burglary on June 26 in the town of Abrams. His pretrial conference is Nov. 12, and a $5,000 signature bond continues.
Dakota Dickinson, 18, Oconto Falls, stood mute at his arraignment, and the court entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. He is charged with being party to a burglary at the Trackside Bar in the town of Abrams on June 26. His pretrial conference will be held Oct. 10, and a $5,000 cash bond continues. He remains on home detention.
A preliminary hearing will be Sept. 20 for Randall L. Van Hecke Jr., 30, Oconto Falls. He is charged with strangulation and suffocation as a repeater, with repeatedly causing criminal damage to property, and repeated disorderly conduct. He was arrested Aug. 18 in Oconto Falls. His $750 cash bond continues.
A status conference is Oct. 10 for Tyson E. Rogers, 31, Wautoma, who faces charges of being party to burglary at the Abrams Feed Mill on Sept. 6 and with being party to theft of movable property on that same date. His $2,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Oct. 4 for Brandon J. Bero, 19, Sheboygan. He was arrested July 21 in Oconto for child abuse intentionally causing harm. His $500 cash bond continues.
Nancy S. McCarthy, 28, Baileys Harbor, entered a not guilty plea to possessing narcotic drugs on March 16 in the town of Little Suamico. Her pretrial conference is Oct. 10, and her $2,000 signature bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Sept. 19 for Julie S. Mann, 51, Oconto. She is accused of, as a felon, possessing a firearm on Aug. 28 in Oconto. A $2,500 cash bond continues.
A pretrial conference is Oct. 10 for Jacob F. Cruz, 25, Oconto. He was arrested July 20 in Oconto for driving after his license was revoked and failure to install an ignition interlock device. He pleaded not guilty to both charges. His $5,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Oct. 7 for Amy M. Nieto, 27, Suring. She is accused of misstating facts to obtain benefits between May 1, 2010, and Nov. 30, 2012, and fraudulent application for benefits on the same dates. Her $2,000 signature bond continues.
Joseph P. Marquette, 59, Mountain, entered a not guilty plea to child abuse intentionally causing harm on April 30 in the town of Riverview. A status conference will be held Oct. 10, and his $5,000 signature bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Sept. 19 for David A. Wilson, 28, Appleton. He is accused of repeated sexual assault of a child and first degree child sexual assault with allegedly took place between May 1, 2012, and Aug. 1, 2013, in the town of Mountain. He is to have no contact with the alleged victim, and his $10,000 cash bond continues.
A plea hearing is Sept. 19 for Brandon Degrand Foley-Fraser, 19, Oconto. He was arrested May 11 in Oconto for manufacturing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His $500 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Oct. 22 for Randall J. Gazella, 53, Sobieski. He is accused of battery, strangulation and suffocation, and disorderly conduct which allegedly took place Aug. 20 in the town of Little Suamico. A $500 cash bond continues.
A plea hearing will be Sept. 19 for Sarah M. Cadieux, 27, Pulaski. She is accused of being party to arming herself with a dangerous weapon, three counts of being party to theft and party to burglary which is alleged to have occurred May 30 in the town of Little Suamico. Her $2,500 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is Oct. 22 for Jedd K. Rosenlund, 28, Rothschild. He was arrested Aug. 24 in Gillett for driving while intoxicated, second offense, fleeing an officer and resisting an officer. His $2,500 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Sept. 20 for Zachariah M. Diedrich, 30, Oconto. He is accused of strangulation and suffocation, battery and resisting an officer. He was arrested Aug. 29 in Oconto. His $2,500 cash bond continues.

Kayla J. Dwyer, 20, Green Bay, entered a no contest plea to being party to theft of movable property, which took place Sept. 6, 2012, in the town of Abrams. A presentence investigation was ordered with sentencing Nov. 19. Her $500 cash bond continues.
Ryan G. Larson, 19, Sobieski, made an initial appearance on charges of burglary of a building, which allegedly occurred Sept. 9, to misdemeanor theft on that same date, to burglary of a building between Sept. 1 and Sept. 9, and theft of movable property on those dates, all in the town of Little Suamico. His bond was set at $2,000 cash, and his appearance is continued to Oct. 10.
Jeremy L. Dey, 35, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to charges of burglary of a building, which allegedly took place April 1, 2012, Oct. 31, 2012, and Dec. 1, 2012, in Oconto Falls, of theft of movable property July 10, 2012, in Oconto Falls, of being party to theft of movable property July 10, 2012, and of misdemeanor theft on Aug. 3, 2013, all in Oconto Falls. He also faces charges of being party to burglaries July 15 and July 24, 2013, of being party to misdemeanor theft May 1 and Aug. 4, 2013, possession of burglarious tools July 15 and July 20, 2013, in Oconto Falls, misdemeanor bail jumping May 1 and Aug. 4, 2013, and being party to retail theft Feb. 14, 2012, all of which allegedly occurred in Oconto Falls at United True Value and Witt’s Piggly Wiggly. A $5,000 signature bond continues.
Proceedings from Sept. 9
Laurie C. Ryan, 53, Oconto, entered a no contest plea to an amended charge of entry into a locked building. She had been charged with burglary of a building, which took place Nov. 25, 2011, in the town of Pensaukee. Further proceedings have been suspended for a year.
James E. McDonald, 24, Oconto, made an initial appearance on charges of strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct. He was arrested Sept. 8 in Oconto Falls. A $1,000 cash bond was set, and his appearance will continue Oct. 10.
R. James Liegeois, 31, Abrams, entered no contest pleas to amended charges of being party to two counts of theft and a party to entry of a locked building, which took place Aug. 27 and Sept. 9, 2012, in the town of Little Suamico. He had previously been charged with being party to repeated theft and party to repeated burglary. A nine-month jail sentence was imposed on the charge of entry to a locked building, with work release privileges. On the first theft charge, a nine-month jail sentence was imposed and stayed, and on the second theft charge, three months in jail was imposed and stayed, and he was placed on two years of probation on each charge, to run concurrent. He must also receive any treatment recommended, find full-time employment and pay $729 court costs.
Sentencing for Filicitie E. Wusterbarth, 21, Oconto Falls, was withheld, and she was placed on probation two years. She was charged with possession with intent to deliver a non-narcotic drug on Jan. 12 in Oconto. Conditions of the probation are that she spend 14 days in jail, pay $268 court costs, find full-time employment or part time if enrolled in schooling, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and follow through and receive all treatment recommended.
Proceedings from Sept. 4
John F. Benser, 49, Pound, was sentenced to eight years in prison, four years of confinement and four years of extended supervision, for driving while intoxicated, eighth offense. He was arrested March 11, 2013, in the town of Brazeau. The sentences are to run consecutive to a present sentence he is serving. Conditions of the extended supervision are that he receive a psychiatric evaluation and follow-through. He is to have no alcohol, his driver’s license is suspended four years, and he is to have 36 months of ignition interlock. No fine or court costs were assessed for this sentencing, as $3,262 remains due from his previous sentencing.

Justin L. Douglas, 30, Kimberly, made an initial appearance on charges of being party to burglary arming himself with a dangerous weapon, two counts of being party to theft, and a charge of being party to a burglary, all which allegedly took place June 12, 2012, in the town of Underhill. His preliminary hearing is Sept. 19, and a $5,000 signature bond continues.
An arraignment is Nov. 18 for Robert T. Miles, 28, Redgranite. He faces 17 counts of being party to theft and a charge of being party to burglary, which allegedly took place Aug. 26, 2011, in the town of Abrams. No bond is necessary; he is in custody at the Redgranite Correction Institution.
An arraignment will be held Sept. 23 for Shawn L. Kramer, 48, Lena. He is accused of felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct and was arrested May 19 in the town of Oconto. His $1,000 cash bond continues.
Proceedings from Aug. 31
An arraignment will be held Sept. 27 for Heith M. Warner, 42, Oconto Falls. He is charged with two counts of manufacturing a controlled substance, one count on April 18 and another on May 13, both in Oconto Falls. He also faces charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, both which allegedly took place May 13 in Oconto Falls. A $10,000 signature bond continues.
After a bench warrant for the arrest of John P. Kollman, 34, Green Bay, was vacated, he appeared on charges of being party to a burglary and two counts of being party to theft, which allegedly occurred May 10 in the town of Chase. His arraignment is Oct. 29, and a $500 cash bond was set.
