Judge Michael Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Feb. 28. • A Dec. 17 jury trial was rescheduled for April 1 for Terrence Lee Ludwig, 64, Suring, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and operating with a prohibited alcohol content, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 8, 2023. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for March 18. • Bond was set at $4,000 cash for Jonathon Ray Suprise, 52, Menominee, Michigan, after he was charged with felony bail jumping, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 30. Judge Jay Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 12. Proceedings of Dec. 3 • Brandon J. Neumann, 31, Gillett, pleaded no contest to felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred July 27. Judge scheduled sentencing for Dec. 17 and agreed to use the pre-sentence investigation from a 2022 case. • A Feb. 12 jury trial was scheduled for Kameron Michael Dushinske, 34, Barron, on charges of misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 29. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Jan. 13. • William Luther Sechrist, 27, Shawano, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 12. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Jan. 16. Proceedings of Dec. 5 • Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Raymond A. Tourtillott, 45, Keshena, after he was charged with fleeing an officer in a vehicle and two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 3. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 12. Proceedings of Dec. 6 • Criminal complaints were filed charging KD L. Weaver, 26, Gillett, and Jacob Ronald Umland, 30, Gillett, with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and chronic neglect of a child, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 1. Weaver and Upland had been held in lieu of $100,000 cash bond each since a Nov. 8 court appearance. Conley scheduled adjourned initial appearances for Dec. 12. • Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Ricardo Dominguez De La Cruz, 44, Coleman, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and a misdemeanor count operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 3. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 13.
