• Clarence S. Trepanier, 76, Suring, pleaded no contest March 24 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing May 28 and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Brett Joseph Bertrand, 44, Abrams, pleaded no contest March 18 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle and felony bail jumping. Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence May 28, then placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• William Luther Sechrist, 28, Keshena, pleaded no contest May 27 to a forfeiture count of operating a commercial vehicle without a license. Two felony bail jumping counts were dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge assessed fines and court costs totaling $467.50.
• Robby J. Lewis, 31, a Gillett man serving a sentence at Redgranite Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest March 21 to possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Judge Jay Conley sentenced him May 27 to one additional year in prison, followed by one additional year of extended supervision with conditions.
• Keith D. Lasnowski, 60, Pulaski, pleaded no contest April 3 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge withheld sentencing May 28 and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Gerald W. Tucker III, 56, Oshkosh, pleaded no contest March 24 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Adam J. Julius, 25, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest Feb. 3 to misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty and a misdemeanor count of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin. Judge sentenced him May 30 to 18 months in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Ricardo Dominguez De La Cruz, 45, Coleman, pleaded no contest to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge sentenced him to 12 months in county jail concurrent to any other sentence and revoked his driver’s license for 36 months.
• Kelly L. Lucas, 36, Mountain, was charged May 28 with felony bail jumping. Conley set a $750 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until June 26.
• Monnaleah Margaret Long, 40, Suring, was charged May 28 with felony bail jumping. Conley set a $250 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until July 8.
• Paige N. Klivickis, 32, Oconto, was charged May 29 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed knife and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until June 26.
• John T. Bougneit, 26, Green Bay, was charged May 29 with substantial battery intending bodily harm, two counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Judge set a $15,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 26.
• John F. Benser, 60, Gillett, was charged May 29 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (seventh, eighth or ninth offense) and felony bail jumping. Judge set a $20,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 2.
• Zachary James Lipp, 33, Gillett, was charged May 30, waived a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to taking and driving a vehicle without consent. Judge set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a plea hearing for June 19.
