• Trisha Ann Cardish, pleaded no contest May 21 to misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. A felony bail jumping count was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Michael Judge levied fines and court costs of $1,416.60. • Henry J. Mahers, 34, Pound, pleaded no contest May 22 to a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. a felony count was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions. • Joshua William Martinucci, 20, Pulaski, was charged May 19 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and fleeing an officer in his vehicle and causing bodily harm or property damage. Judge Jay Conley set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 4. • Dylan A. Hrabik, 24, Oconto, was charged May 20 with substantial battery intending bodily harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Conley set a $3,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 26. • Lauren M. LeClair, 21, Seymour, was charged May 21 with two county of battery or threat to a law officer, two misdemeanor counts of battery, two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Conley set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 26. • Jessica J. Baxter, 28, Black Creek, was charged May 23 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $250 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until June 26. • Joyce A. Madison, 58, was charged May 23 with possession with intent to deliver amphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, three counts of possession of illegally obtained prescriptions and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until June 26.
