Shawano Police Department Aug. 8 Police logged 25 incidents, including the following: Warrant — A 37-year-old man was taken into custody at the Probation and Parole offices, 1340 E. Green Bay St. Animal — Police responded to a complaint of a Chihuahua attacked by a pit bull in the 100 block of South Lafayette Street. Juvenile — Police responded to a juvenile problem at Kuckuk Park, 500 Oak Drive. Suspicious — Police responded to a suspicious person complaint in the 400 block of East Stevens Street. Disorderly — Police responded to an intoxicated person complaint in the 600 block of South Union Street. Suspicious — Police responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at Division and Franklin streets. Shawano County Sheriff’s Department Aug. 8 Deputies logged 43 incidents, including the following: Suspicious — Authorities responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on Lake Drive in Wescott. Disturbance — A 43-year-old Shawano man was taken into custody for bail jumping after authorities responded to a disturbance on Frontage Road in the town of Washing ton. Theft — A tree stand was reported stolen on Landstad Road in Lessor. Suspicious — Authorities responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on state Highway 47-55 in Wescott. Suspicious — Authorities responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on Geider Road in Gresham. Fire — Authorities responded to a vehicle fire on state Highway 29 in Maple Grove. Fire — Authorities responded to a report of smoke in a basement on County Road A in Herman. Warrant — A 31-year-old Keshena woman was taken into custody on a warrant at Lafayette and Third streets in Shawano. Drug Offense — A 20-year-old Bonduel man was arrested for abuse of a hazardous substance and disorderly conduct on State Street in Bonduel. Clintonville Police Department Aug. 8 Police logged 11 incidents, including the following: Accident — An officer assisted Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department with a one-vehicle injury accident on County Road I. Assault — A sexual assault complaint was under invesAtigation. Juvenile — Officers assisted a citizen with a juvenile problem on Seventh Street.
