Jessica Lynn Hafner, 40, of Bowler, died on July 2, 2015, in Green Bay.
Jessica was born in Shawano on March 15, 1975, to James J. and Debra M. (Zinda) Hafner. She was a graduate of Shawano Community High School and went on to work as an insurance claim specialist. Jess loved life and enjoyed gardening vegetables and flowers, but especially her lilies. She enjoyed shopping, movies and going to breakfast with her parents.
Jessica is survived by her two sons, Nathaniel and Kyle; her significant other, Mike Asenbrener; her parents, James and Debra, of Shawano; her brother, Derek (Sheryl) Hafner, of Shawano; her nieces, Paige and Cailen; her grandmothers, Cecelia and Elaine; as well as other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by both of her grandfathers, Roger and Leonard.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 10, 2015, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Jerry Cho officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, July 9, 2015, from 4-7 p.m. and again on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the services.
