Holzberger, 53, Lena, entered not guilty pleas to theft of movable property, theft from a business setting and fraudulent writings, which allegedly occurred between Aug. 24, 2007, and Sept. 4, 2008, in the town of Lena. A teleconference and status conference are Dec. 5. A $5,000 signature bond continues.

Proceedings from Aug. 27
A status conference is Sept. 6 for Katrina M. Huempfner, 25, Green Bay. She is accused of possession of a controlled substance, second violation, and possessing drug paraphernalia. She was arrested Jan. 6, 2013, in the town of Pensaukee. A $200 cash bond continues.
Robert S. Brostrom, 76, Abrams, made an initial appearance on two charges of driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense. He was arrested Aug. 14 and again Aug. 25, both in the town of Abrams. His appearance will continue Sept. 12, and a $5,000 cash bond was set.

Proceedings from Aug. 26
Jedd K. Roselund, 27, Rothschild, made an initial appearance on charges of driving while intoxicated, second offense, attempting to flee an officer and obstructing an officer. He was arrested Aug. 24 in Gillett. His appearance is continued to Sept. 12, and a $2,500 cash bond was set.
Brett J. Woodke, 25, Suring, made an initial appearance on two charges of first degree recklessly endangering another’s safety, two counts of pointing a firearm at another, battery and bail jumping. He was arrested Aug. 25 in the town of Breed. His appearance will continue Sept. 12, and a $100,000 cash bond was set.

Proceedings from Aug. 19
Sentencing will be held Aug. 22 for Jason C. Smith, 28, Mountain. He pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated, fourth offense, and operating another’s vehicle without consent. He was arrested April 20 in the town of Mountain. To be read in and dismissed are charges of driving after revocation and disorderly conduct. His $1,000 cash bond continues.
After plea negotiations, Tyler J. Klempke, 23, Crivitz, pleaded no contest to two counts of burglary, which took place on Nov. 1, 2012, and Nov. 28, 2012, in the towns of Lakewood and Riverview. He was sentenced to 11 years in prison, six years confinement and five years of extended supervision on each count, to run concurrently and concurrent with a Marinette County sentence. He must pay joint and several restitution of $26,744.94, $536 court costs, have no contact with the victims, maintain absolute sobriety, take prescribed medications and either attend schooling or find employment. Five additional burglary charges were read in and then dismissed.
Camrin C. Baierl, 23, Crivitz, was sentenced to six years in prison, two years confinement and four years extended supervision, for burglary, which took place Dec. 5, 2012, in the town of Riverview. He was ordered to pay joint and several restitution of $26,744.94, $536 court costs, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment, find full-time employment, or part-time work if enrolled in schooling, have no contact with the co-defendant or the victim, maintain absolute sobriety and take prescribed medications. Six charges of being party to burglaries on Nov. 1 and Nov. 28, 2012, in the towns of Lakewood and Riverview were read in and dismissed. He was ordered to write letters of apology to each victim. The sentence will run concurrent to a Marinette County sentencing.
Josephine M. Webster, 31, Oneida, made an initial appearance on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a minor child in the vehicle. She was arrested Aug. 18 in the town of Little Suamico. A $1,000 signature bond was set.
Nicholas M. Lane, 28, Oconto, made an initial appearance on charges of false imprisonment, strangulation and suffocation and battery. He was arrested Aug. 16 in Oconto. His appearance is continued to Sept. 12, and a $5,000 cash bond was set.
Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 30 for Frank Long, 31, Suring. After plea negotiations he entered a no contest plea to an amended charge from substantial battery to battery. His $5,000 cash bond continues, and he is to have no alcohol or illegal drugs and no contact with the victims.
Sentencing for Michael F. Ciancio, 36, Gillett, charged with theft, has been withheld, and he was placed in the Oconto County Volunteers in Probation program for a year, with the conditions he pay $1,500 restitution and serve 60 hours of community service. He was arrested July 9, 2012, for the theft of items from H.J. Martin and Sons, Green Bay.
A competency hearing will continue Aug. 26 for Stanley B. Leclair, 63, Athelstance. He is accused of stalking between May 23 and June 2 in the town of Townsend. His $10,000 cash bond continues, and he is have no contact with the alleged victim.
Proceedings from Aug. 15
Arraignments are scheduled Sept. 12 for Justin L. Nernberger, 17, Oconto Falls, Christian D. Kundert, 19, Oconto Falls, and Dakota A.D. Dickinson, 18, Oconto Falls. They are charged with being party to burglary of a building, Trackside Bar, June 26 in the town of Abrams. A $5,000 signature bond continues.
A plea hearing is Oct. 23 for James I. Dams, 53, Oconto Falls, who faces a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance in March 2012 in Oconto Falls. His $5,000 signature bond continues.
David A. Wilson, 24, Appleton, made an initial appearance on repeated sexual assault of a child under the age of 13 and first degree sexual assault of a child, which allegedly occurred between May 1, 2012, and Aug. 1, 2013, in the town of Mountain. His bond was set at $10,000 cash.
Sentencing for Edward R. Wilbur, 46, Boyd, has been withheld, and he was placed on probation three years. He was charged with four counts of failure to pay child support between October 2011 and July 2012. Conditions of the probation are that he maintain absolute sobriety, have no alcohol or illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, pay $268 court costs and continue counseling.
An arraignment is Sept. 12 for Brandon Degrand Foley-Fraser, 19, Oconto. He was arrested May 11 in Oconto for manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His $500 cash bond continues.
Chad W. Fischer, 34, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to manufacturing a controlled substance on Aug. 9, 2012, in Oconto Falls, possession of amphetamines and drug paraphernalia on Aug. 10, 2012, also in Oconto Falls. He is also charged with bail jumping on Jan. 1, 2013. His pretrial conference is Oct. 23, and a $8,000 cash bond continues.
A plea hearing will be held Oct. 23 for Richard T. Michiels, 21, De Pere. He was arrested June 19, 2012, in the town of Gillett for being party burglary and theft. He also faces charges of being party to burglary and theft on July 13, 2012, in Oconto Falls, and for being party to a burglary and obstructing an officer July 30, 2012, in Suring. His $25,000 cash bond continues.
Michael W. Keller, 59, Oconto, was sentenced to 13 years in prison, three years of confinement and 10 years of extended supervision, on three counts of possessing child pornography and an additional three years confinement and 10 years of extended supervision for five counts of possessing child pornography. The sentences are to run concurrent to each other. He was also ordered to pay $10,000 in fines and $268 court costs, to have a psychiatric examination, obtain sex offender treatment and must not use the Internet.
