A preliminary hearing was held for Daniel B. Schuettpelz, 34, Sobieski, on charges of operating while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration, fifth or sixth offence, which allegedly occurred Jan. 15 in Little Suamico. A cash bond of $2,000 continues. An arraignment is scheduled April 28.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Kyle L. Davis, 27, Mountain. He is charged with burglary of a building as a party to a crime, which allegedly occurred between Jan. 21 and Feb. 21 in Riverview. A cash bond of $15,000 continues. A preliminary hearing is May 2.
An initial appearance for Donald E. Butten Jr., 45, Cecil, was held. He is charged with failure to pay child support from Nov. 1, 2011 to Nov. 1, 2012, and with bail jumping on March 14, in the city of Oconto. A bond of $20,000 was set. A status conference and continued initial appearance are May 8.
James E. McDonald, 24, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to charges of bail jumping, physical abuse of a child intentionally causing bodily harm, intimidation of victim and attempted strangulation and suffocation, which allegedly occurred Feb. 13 in the city of Oconto Falls. A status conference was also held on a count of strangulation and suffocation allegedly occurring Sept. 8, 2013. A present bond of $20,000 continues. A pretrial conference is May 7.

An adjourned initial appearance was held for Brody J. Tappy, 21, Oconto, on a charge of aggravated battery, repeater, domestic abuse, which allegedly occurred March 26 in the city of Oconto. A cash bond of $2,500 continues. A preliminary hearing is April 28.
An adjourned initial appearance was held for Zachary J. E. Romnek, 19, Neenah, on charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and knowingly operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, which allegedly occurred March 29 in Riverview. A cash bond of $5,000 continues. A preliminary hearing is May 20.
Leroy D. Osgood, 23, Gillett, pleaded not guilty to a charge of robbery with use of force as a party to a crime, which allegedly occurred Nov. 30 in the city of Oconto. A cash bond of $25,000 continues. A pretrial conference is May 8.
Phillip J. Giese, 18, Pound, pleaded not guilty to charges of burglary of a building or dwelling, as a party to a crime, and theft-movable property, as a party to a crime. The offenses allegedly occurred Feb. 9 and 21 in Mountain and Brazeau and the city of Oconto. A cash bond of $15,000 continues. A pretrial conference is May 8.

Charles, 44, Waupun, on charges of medical assistance fraud-benefit rights and food stamp fraud first offence, which allegedly occurred Oct. 1, 2012, through Aug. 31, 2013. A signature bond of $1,000 was set. An arraignment and pretrial hearing is April 29.
