Thomas R. Wozniak

Thomas R. Wozniak, 68, Suring, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014. Tom was born July 14, 1946, to the late Phillip Jacob and Helen (Stix) Wozniak. Tom served his county during the Vietnam War in the United States Army. After serving his country, he was employed by Elmer Hubbard and later was self-employed as a logger for many years. Tom married Patty Isadore in 2008. His favorite hobbies included hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle and watching the Green Bay Packers. Tom is survived by his wife, Patty, of Suring; a daughter, Sue (Kevin) Schneider, of Suring; a son, Willy Isadore, of Suring; three brothers, Phillip C. (Marlene) Wozniak, of Gillett, David (Wendy) Wozniak, of Suring and Victor (Angela) Wozniak, of Oneida; his sister, Patsy (Patrick Nooyen) Gauthier, of Suring; three grandchildren, Kanon, Jade and Angela; mother-in-law, Cecilia Mayo, of Suring; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Wozniak, in 1995. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Romy’s Holiday Inn at Kelly Lake on Friday, Dec. 5, 2014, from 1 p.m. until the memorial service at 2 p.m. with military rites to follow.
